From a very ordinary day on the water Capt. Dean Beech on Castille III reports there are still more fish being seen. The team on Castille went two from three at 350 and 600lbs yesterday and pulled the hooks a real big one. KEKOA got amongst a group of smaller fish and released two from 6 and Capt. Ross Finlayson on Top Shot is also in Cooktown on changeover after another fly fishing trip and had one on the fly yesterday.Down at Number 2 Ribbon Reef, Capt. Tim Ryan released another for Hiroshi on Reel Ripe, this time a smaller model at 150lbs and the original Iona also fishing Number 2, released two smaller fish as well.David on Cool Runnings sent me some pics from their latest trip which they finished yesterday.
